Caremark, Inc.

A new 168,000 sq. ft. shell building was built-out for a single tenant, a national distributor of pharmaceutical products. The project included 72,000 sq. ft. of office area for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, sales and administrative staff and 96,000 sq. ft. of production area, in this case occupied by a complex product conveyance and sorting system for prescription medications.

The tenant build-out was completed in 120 days on a fast-track schedule. The project was bid to five general contractors with a 2% difference in low bids. $5,400,000 $40 Administration, $25 manufacturing Prescription Drug mail-order facility.
