This new 26,000 SF ambulatory care center for the country’s 15th largest rural HMO incorporates four minor procedure surgery rooms; a full radiology suite with x-ray, mammography, and chemo infusion areas; an Obgyn group with ultrasound and nuclear stress testing facilities; a family practice clinic with ENT specialists; and 28 various examination rooms supported by lab spaces, vitals areas, and nurses stations.  The building also houses administrators and physicians offices as well as a pharmacy and a separate optometrist’s practice.
