Cornell Iron Works, Inc.

This complex includes a two story administrative facility and a single story manufacturing center, which together comprise Cornell Iron Works' corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility, Contrasting materials - heavily ribbed steel and smooth brushed aluminum panels - speak to the past and future of a progressive 150-year-old metal products manufacturer.

The manufacturing area accommodates heavy steel fabrication processes for the company's signature rolling doors and grilles and includes facilities for powder coating.

The project received an Honor Award for design from the Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Institute of Architects in 2002.
