The Clubhouse at Black Creek

This private golf club facility and golf course overlooks the Black Creek river at the foot of the Shawagunk Mountains in upstate New York. The lower level has men's and women's lockers rooms, a golf pro shop, the 19th hole bar, and cart storage. The upper level includes a foyer and seating area, administrative offices and spaces, and a full service kitchen that serves the restaurant with seating for 158 patrons, as well as additional on the patio spaces. The club house is adjacent in proximity to an existing community center with amenities including meeting rooms, game rooms, tennis courts and a pool. The project was put on hold in early 2009 pending improvements in the real estate market.
