The Ice Ponds

This residence uses both natural and synthetic materials to develop an authentic traditional appearance and low maintenance exterior. Limestone columns and arches, granite steps, and a mahogany door impart solidity to the main entrance; synthetic siding materials are used on more distant surfaces where they are not as immediately discernible, with an eye to minimizing long-tern maintenance.
