This 12,400 SF single-story facility articulated the current standard of construction for Hildebrandt Learning Centers.  The classrooms are designed to accommodate ages infant through kindergarden, including flex spaces to accommodate after school and summer programs. The architects designed the facility in coordination with Hildebrandt Learning Centers’ senior staff, and in compliance with applicable industry guidelines, specifically NAEYC Requirements and Recommendations, Standard 9: Physical Environment, the International Building Code for education facilities, and the licensure requirements for both the PA Dept. of Public Welfare and the PA  Dept. of Education.

WKL provided full architectural documentation and worked with a Construction Manager to support design/build             documentation for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines.  The architect also coordinated with a local civil             engineer on site design issues and the requirements of the municipality’s Land Development Plan.
